CHATTOOGA COUNTY EMA/E911
911 CALL/AUDIO REPORTS
You can request paper copies and/or audio recordings on CD of E911 calls. The CD copy can only be played on computer and the charge is based on the rate of pay/time used of the person who searches/burns the incident to CD + $1.50 per CD. Paper copies of the call are $5.00 per incident.

You must fill out a request form at Chattooga County E911, 170 Farrar Drive, Summerville, GA 30747. For questions regarding Chattooga County E911 open records act, contact records custodian, Fran Hamilton at 706-857-3400.

The Chattooga County E911 has three (3) business days to provide the records or provide a written response as to why it will take longer than three (3) business day per the open records act O.C.G.A. 50-18-70.

The Chattooga County E911 will accept payment for these records in the form of cash and you must bring exact change. You will be provided with a written receipt for your records.
